Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven, high-impact Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage accounts within a defined geographic region. This role is critical to expanding DRAXUM’s market presence and building long-term partnerships with installers, contractors, and developers in the solar and renewable energy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within your assigned territory.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of solar EPCs, distributors, and installers to maximize regional coverage.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that highlight the DRAXUM advantage.

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans that meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

  • Foster strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Attend trade shows, training sessions, and local events to represent the DRAXUM brand.

  • Report on sales activities, market feedback, and competitive insights using CRM tools.


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in solar, energy, or a related technical product category.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role.

  • Strong understanding of the solar industry ecosystem, including installers, utilities, and financing structures.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of professionalism.

  • Ability to travel within the territory up to 50% of the time.

  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and remote presentation tools.

  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset and a passion for clean technology.
