Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven, high-impact Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage accounts within a defined geographic region. This role is critical to expanding DRAXUM’s market presence and building long-term partnerships with installers, contractors, and developers in the solar and renewable energy ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within your assigned territory.

Build and manage a pipeline of solar EPCs, distributors, and installers to maximize regional coverage.

Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that highlight the DRAXUM advantage.

Develop and execute territory sales plans that meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Foster strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on customer needs and market dynamics.

Attend trade shows, training sessions, and local events to represent the DRAXUM brand.

Report on sales activities, market feedback, and competitive insights using CRM tools.
Qualifications
-
3–5+ years of sales experience in solar, energy, or a related technical product category.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role.

Strong understanding of the solar industry ecosystem, including installers, utilities, and financing structures.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of professionalism.

Ability to travel within the territory up to 50% of the time.

Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and remote presentation tools.

Self-starter with a hunter mindset and a passion for clean technology.
